What delivery methods are available?

We ship across Ukraine via Nova Poshta (branches, courier or parcel lockers), Ukrposhta and Meest Express. For international orders (all countries except Russia and Belarus), we also use Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and Meest Express.

Which payment options are available?

Online payments through LiqPay (Visa/Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay)

Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta (available for orders ≥ 1,500 UAH; a standard fee applies)

Orders under 1,500 UAH require online payment.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic deliveries within Ukraine arrive in 1–5 business days, depending on your location. International shipments typically take at least 15 business days, depending on the destination country.

How do I return a product?

You may return any unworn item in its original condition—with all tags and packaging intact—within 14 days of receipt. To start a return, contact us via email, phone or Direct message.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. Exchanges for a different size or color are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizing depends on your body type: please consult the size chart on each product page or reach out to us for personalized advice.

Can I wear SOLEYA tunics beyond the beach?

Absolutely! Our tunics pair beautifully with swimwear for the shore or with tailored separates for an elevated city or evening look.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes—every SOLEYA piece comes with a 2‑year warranty. If your tunic stretches or loses color under normal care, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to nearly every country worldwide except Russia and Belarus. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
