Refund policy

Returns of items in original condition

  • You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are accepted only if the item has not been used, retains its original appearance, and all manufacturer tags and packaging are intact.

Return process

  • Returns are processed within up to 5 business days from the moment we receive the parcel.
  • After processing, the refund is issued to the same card used for payment. Funds are credited within 7 business days.

Important: If an item does not meet the return conditions, the store reserves the right to refuse the return.

How to start a return

  • Contact us on Instagram (@soleya_brand) or Telegram (@soleya_brand).
  • You can send the item using “Easy Return” in the Nova Poshta mobile app or online account.

How to use Easy Return

  1. Log in to the Nova Poshta mobile app or business account.
  2. In My Shipments, select the parcel you want to return.
  3. Choose Easy Return and select a reason from the list.
  4. Create a new e-waybill and send the item via a parcel locker, branch, or courier.

Return & exchange costs

  • All exchange and return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.

Warranty

SOLEYA provides a 2-year warranty for your garment: if your tunic fades or stretches, we will replace it with a new one (provided the care instructions were followed).
